Flat Roof / Wall Flashing Trim 0.70mm, Black Plastisol 70mm x 40mm (2.5m)

70mm x 40mm x 2500mm Colour to the external face in Black Plastisol / see picture for internal colour (grey backing coat).

Used to create a finish to abutment walls on a flat roof, designed to be finished into the brickwork chase.

This flashing can also be used as Gutter Drip Trim when installing Metal Edge Trims.

Requires use of Angle Grinder to create channel in brickwork or render

When using as a wall up-stand trim the membrane is dressed into the wall or up-stand using the Wall Trim.

All Metal Flashings are made to order in 0.7mm Plastisol coated Steel, 2.5m in length.

We can get other colours in just message for lead-time

Custom Flashing Service

We manufacture all metal flashings on site, so are able to quote for custom sizing. 

Some colours are available to order, there is usually a longer lead-time and possibly colour dependant additional cost involved but do message as happy to advise. 

Shorter Lengths

Currently we are not able to offer a cutting down service and will only supply flashings at a standard 2.5m Length 

Tolerance 

All material is subject to a +/- 5mm cutting tolerance 

All bends are subject to a +/- 5degree tolerance

This applies to all orders with us unless:

Products ordered in error for any reason 

Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion. All of our metal flashings are made to order, as a manufacturer we carry no stock, so these are custom made, bespoke items as per the listing description. 

Products that are damaged in transit

If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign or ACCEPT the delivery. Instead the customer or recipient must REFUSE the delivery by the courier. You must then contact us for further details within 24 hours of the refusal so we can investigate.

Full tracking details are provided once the order is made, packed and despatched it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive and sign for / or if damaged refuse the delivery. 

Products that are faulty

Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
